Keith Humes

Profound, prolific, powerful and humble, are adjectives that fitly describes the ministry of Elder Keith E. Humes. ThisMiami native was a late bloomer. He is the fifth son of George and Coraleen Humes, parents that worked hard toprovide for him and his siblings.

Natalie Miller

FOCUS REHABILITATION AND MINISTRY CENTER

Natalie Miller, a wife, mom, and U.S. Army Veteran, founded Focus Rehabilitation and Ministry Center in 2020. With a background in insurance, human resources, and corrections, she aims to provide a safe space for ex-offenders, veterans, and those struggling with mental health and substance abuse.

Steve Demorin

DAY ORGANIZATION

Steve Demorin, a real estate investor, specializes in Fix and Flips to help low-income and minority families achieve economic empowerment and generational wealth through homeownership. He offers rehab, rent-to-own programs, and supports those struggling with substance abuse, homelessness, and mental health. Demorin's company provides housing, supportive services, and counseling for stability.

Shana McDade

ANTTH HOUSING DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE

Dr. Shana McDade, RN, is the President/CEO at ANTTH, overseeing the organization's day-to-day functions and coordinating integrated programs such as housing, training, and detox. With over a decade of experience in mental health, she ensures the judicious utilization of funds.

Nat'e Russell

VIRTUE SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM

Nat'e Russell, founder of the Virtue Supportive Housing Program in Illinois, empowers women transitioning back into society, particularly veteran women with substance abuse and mental health issues. With a dual master's degree and certifications, she uses her academic prowess to implement effective solutions.

Nichelle Mahdi

WILEY HOUSE INC

Nichelle, a healthcare professional, has launched The Wiley House Inc., a non-profit empowering the underprivileged. Inspired by her father, she excels in proposal management and strategic planning. Nichelle also enjoys cooking, yoga, cycling, and event planning.

COMMUNITY OUTPOST SERVICES

Patricia Thurman is a community activist with over 20 years supporting individuals and families in need in her community. She believes education and outreach can play a critical role in connecting individuals and families to supportive services. Dedicated to impacting lives one person at a time.

Founder of Tulong Heathy Communities Corp. A certified 501c3 nonprofit with a mission to build healthy communities across the nation. A dynamic professional with CEO experience in a startup behavioral health company, coupled with a successful track record as a manager, real estate investor, entrepreneur, project engineer, and business owner.

Jeffrey Lopez is a highly experienced professional counselor based in Miami, Florida, with almost 30 years of experience in the field. He has dedicated his career to helping individuals, couples, and families overcome life's challenges and achieve their goals. Throughout his career, Jeffrey has worked with clients from all walks of life, providing them with compassionate and effective counseling services. He has experience in a wide range of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and career counseling.

Thomas Cardona, a seasoned entrepreneur, has a diverse background including culinary work, serving in the US navy, and providing culinary services to various organizations. He is married to Catherine Cabán-Cardona and works as a Family Care Provider at Bronx Psychiatric Center. He also co-founded TomCat'S Place, Inc., a sober living facility, and is involved in real estate development. His hobbies include his wife, family, and dog, Homie.

Catherine Cabán-Cardona, a dedicated public servant, grew up in the Bronx, New York, and attended Eugenio María de Hostos Community College and John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She served as the President of Freedom Community Center, Inc., and has worked with the elderly, youth at risk, substance abusers, domestic violence victims, and HIV/AIDS individuals. She is also a co-founder of TomCat's Place, Inc., and a real estate developer.

NEW LIFE SKILLS ACADEMY

Kenyon and Nita Martin Sr. founded New Life Skills Academy, a Louisiana-based, 501c3 Nonprofit Organization providing transitional housing and life skills education, alongside their two young adult children in 2023. Kenyon Martin Sr is a veteran leader in the oil and gas industry. Nita Martin is a veteran educational leader. The couple has been married for 24 years and have been business partners in the real estate industry since 2019.

Ashley was born in Manchester, TN. She currently resides in Murfreesboro, TN for many years. She enjoys helping others and tends to do so continuously. She is the CEO and Founder of My Transitional Journey Inc. She believes that life is a journey of unlimited opportunities and everybody deserves one.

Beverly is also a chaplain for Nations United for Peace and Nat-Cat Community, Inc., and works to prevent human trafficking. She enjoys helping others and spending time with her family.
